SNORKELING COURSES

Details about our tailor made programs, designed to make you the best snorkeler you can be, and to help you expand your ocean adventures in new and exciting ways.

SNORKELER course

Designed by professional snorkel and scuba diving instructors, this entry-level course will teach you everything you need to know to enjoy snorkeling in your local waters, and ensure you have the skills to do so safely and efficiently.

Minimum age: 6 years old

Pre-requisites: Must be able to swim unaided, and tread water/float independently.

Equipment required: Participants should have their own Mask, Snorkel & Fins. We strongly recommend purchasing your own Exposure Protection as well, though this can be rented from us at an extra cost.

Course duration: 1 evening of theory, and then 2 days in-water.

Price: $300/person

SAFETY SNORKELER course

Building on the skills from our Snorkeler course, the Safety Snorkeler is all about building confidence. Sometimes things go wrong, and having the skill set to deal with an emergency calmly and efficiently means you will always feel comfortable in the water.

Minimum age: 10 years old

Pre-requisites: Must hold a "Snorkeler" qualification (or similar). Must be able to swim unaided, and tread water/float independently.

Equipment required: Participants should have their own Mask, Snorkel & Fins. We strongly recommend purchasing your own Exposure Protection as well, though this can be rented from us at an extra cost.

Course duration: 1 evening of theory, and then 2 days in-water.

Price: $300/person
